Abstract:
The Three-Dimensional Vulkan Engine is a simulator created using the Vulkan API, designed to enable game developer teams to create fully-functional 3D games on an engine that optimizes graphical information. This happens though Vulkan's unique capability of sending information to be processed on the GPU rather than the CPU, greatly improving it's efficiency and avoiding the overhead usually found in more commercial game engines.
