The Amber Alert System As A Communication Vehicle

This thesis is an examination of the effectiveness of the Amber Alert system as a communication vehicle. The form of primary research methodology that was used to address the research question was an online survey that consisted of participants who work as communication professionals and live in Ontario. The key findings from this research suggest that the Amber Alert system is an effective communication vehicle but that there are methods in which the system could be improved.
