Typical workstation in the Registration Centre. Here dedicated program clerks had access to a mainframe computer terminal that allowed them to access student records in the Student History Admissions and Registration (SHAR) system. The signs over each desk indicate a number and a list of programs. Students were directed for assistance to the appropriate desk number based on their program.
