Students deposit completed Student Feedback Questionnaire forms into the box located outside Computing Services on the second floor of building "E". To ensure anonymity for the student, completed Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) forms were not collected in class but were deposited in boxes provided around the college for the students. These completed forms were then processed by Computing Services and the forms and results were delivered back to the academic division with reports also sent to the Vice-President Academic.
